Cesar Ruben Gomez Meza
Builders & Infrastructure Commercial and Technical Director
Cesar Gomez Meza joined Cemex in 2003 and has since held several senior leadership roles across Ready Mix Commercial and Operations in UAE, Colombia and Dominican Republic. He holds a BA in Civil Engineering from National University of Colombia, and MBA from BARNA Business School in Santo Domingo.
