CEMEX UAE Participates in Dubai Cares 9th Edition Walk for Education 2018

 It was a fine Friday for a noble cause!

For the 3^rd consecutive year, CEMEX UAE participated in the Dubai Cares 9^th Walk for Education 2018, which took place in Dubai Creek Park, next to Garhoud Bridge.  The UAE community, involving various government and private organizations, schools, and families from different areas joined together to demonstrate their support in providing underprivileged children with the access to quality education. As a pillar of Dubai Cares community engagement efforts, Walk for Education is a is a symbolic 3-kilometer walk that aims to highlight one of the main challenges faced by children in poor and developing countries: having to walk an average of 3 kilometers every day in order to go to school.
